Free trees for schools and communities from The Woodland Trust

Free trees! The Woodland Trust has thousands of free tree packs to give away! They want to make sure that everybody in the UK has the chance to plant a tree so they’re giving away hundreds of thousands of trees to schools and communities.

Choose a pack from the list provided on their website and fill out an application form. If you’re successful, they’ll send your pack out in either November or March, when the trees are dormant and perfect for planting – it couldn’t be easier.

The Woodland Trust is the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity. They have over 500,000 members and supporters and more than 1,000 sites, covering over 26,000 hectares, all over the UK. They protect and campaign on behalf of this country’s woods, plant trees, and restore ancient woodland for the benefit of wildlife and people.

The vision of the Woodland Trust is a UK rich in native woods and trees, for people and wildlife.
