SEA nominations – last call!

The deadline for the Scottish Education Awards (SEA) nominations is Thursday 14 February 2019. There are just two weeks to go!

Those who dedicate their lives to children and young people and showcase the valuable work and innovation in Scottish classrooms are recognised at the annual event.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony set to take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Glasgow Central on Wednesday 5th June. Over 550 people gather at the event which is attended by finalists, sponsors, VIPs and ministers. It’s all very exciting!

Entry to the awards is open to all publicly funded schools, including secondary, primary, ELCs and special schools. There is a wide variety of categories that recognise the dedication and commitment of establishments, practitioners and education supporters.

This award recognises the achievements of educational settings who have made connections between all of the different aspects of learning for sustainability to support the development of a coherent whole educational setting approach. We very much enjoy hearing all about the hard work being done in schools on this subject.
