Give us a call on 01577 840 570 if you are unsure and we will help you work out the best delivery option for your area. We deliver all over the country but our dispatch team do get very busy so it is best to place your order as soon as possible so we can plan ahead.

Last dates for receipt of orders for delivery before Christmas

Monday 21st November                            Delivery & Build orders to build before Christmas

Monday 28th November                            Large items, Forts, Playhouses etc delivery only

Monday 12th December                            Mail order Swing frames, Climbing Frames, Slides, Goal Posts

Wednesday 14th December                      Small Items, Sandpits, Swing Seats, Accessories

Last dates for standard despatch by Tufnell’s, Parcelforce or Royal Mail

For delivery before Christmas:

Despatch Monday 12th December for standard rate of delivery that week with latest delivery by Thursday 15th December. This will give time to sort any issues or failed deliveries and to factor in the likelihood that courier systems may be overwhelmed.

For later orders we can despatch any time that week up to Friday 16th December – and it should arrive in time for Christmas but based on experience of previous years we just cannot guarantee it.

For delivery during Christmas / New Year period but we cannot guarantee when it will arrive:

Despatch last date:  Wednesday 21st December – please note we will not know when delivery will be but we will provide customer with a tracking link

There will be no despatches / deliveries from us between 22nd December and 9th January 2023
