Stepping Log Columns : CP-SS(C)

Description

The Stepping Log Columns for commercial use are a set of timber logs securely concreted into the ground. They have crosshatching on top for extra grip.

The timbers used are quarter sawn, pressure treated and impregnated with wax, providing a more repellent surface so reducing water absorption and delaying future rotting of the timber.

We can add Postsaver Sleeves to this product as an optional extra. This keeps the cause of the ground rot out and the preservative in, ensuring that the new piece of equipment will last for many years.

This product is often used at the beginning or at the end of an activity trail or in between products as transition pieces.

They are securely fixed into the ground so they will not move or wobble. They are ideal for those who want to hop along, but can be used as little stools to sit and chat. Sometimes, it’s the simple pieces that can work very well.

Recommended set of 6 shown here, but you can add as many as you like.

They are constructed using 18cm diameter timber and sit at a height of approximately 600mm. A higher version at 800mm high is also available on request.
