Following the news that our main courier company Tuffnell’s has sadly gone into administration, we are, like many other companies experiencing disruption and delays in our deliveries.

Most of our deliveries are sent by a nationwide courier company.

They operate a 3 day service, Monday to Friday.

Because we use a third party for most of our deliveries, and because our products are so big, it is difficult to predict exactly when your order will be delivered and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

However, for an additional charge, we may be able to organise an overnight/next day delivery or a specific day delivery.

Please note that due to government restrictions being lifted relatively recently we are still dealing with a large back log of orders and therefore it may take up to 3 or 4 weeks for online orders and 4 or 5 weeks for larger units to be delivered.
