Installation – private gardens

Although we provide detailed assembly instructions with all our products, we understand that it’s nice to have it built for you and we are happy to be able to provide that service in some areas of the UK.

Installations & Assembly Service

All our products are suitable for self assembly and are supplied with full instructions, however we also offer an assembly service.

Assembly is carried out either by our own experienced, in-house teams or by subcontractors we know and use regularly. The cost of this service is based on product value and is in addition to the delivery cost.

If you would like us to quote a price for this service, please email or call the office on 01577 840570, with a note of your postcode and play equipment wanted.

Please note installation lead times can be up to 8 weeks, and installation costs may be more than shown below if the product is dug into the ground incurring more labour time and the added expense of postcrete, if required.

As a guide, we charge the following for assembly (this figure will vary depending on the location of the garden where the play equipment is to be installed – get in touch with our domestic sales team on 01577 840570 or email gardenplay@caledoniaplay.com for an exact cost):

For Product value:

Product Value Installation and Assembly Cost
up to £500 Assembly charge from £350
£500 – £1000 Assembly charge from £450
£1000 – £2000 Assembly charge from £500
Over £2000 POA

We take full payment for the cost of the product and delivery prior to installation.

On all orders that are to be installed, we will take assembly charge payment after installation has been successfully completed.

We do provide detailed illustrated assembly instructions with all our Garden Play products. These will be emailed to you before your order is despatched so that you can plan the build. We do advise that due to the size and weight of the timbers involved, a minimum of two strong adults are required to install the equipment safely and a third pair of hands can be useful.
