Delivery Information – Garden Play

For online orders from our Garden Range

Once your order has been accepted, we would endeavour to despatch within 2-4 weeks providing we have it in stock at time of order. If there are likely to be any delays or issues we will let you know at the time of your order.

For other orders from our Garden Range

For smaller items and those products available via our online shop but which are ordered over the telephone, at our office or at a show, we aim to despatch within 2-4 weeks of placing the order providing we have it in stock at time of order.

For our larger products

These include those not normally available online, such as the Forts, Castles and Playhouses. Whilst we will try our best to deliver as quickly as possible, due to the size and weight of these items please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery under normal circumstances. We would discuss this with you when ordering. These products are either delivered by ourselves or a contractor on our behalf but not via courier.

Delivery by courier

We use national courier companies to deliver our products. These are uplifted from our workshop on a weekly basis and delivered direct to your door. The service provided by them is a usually a 3 day service however please note that due to the length and weight of our products we are dependent on availability of their vehicles and cannot guarantee a specific day for delivery. Please note that they will deliver to the front of your house.

We will let you know when your order is being despatched but unfortunately at the moment we cannot always provide a tracking service.

Delivery by Caledonia Play

If it is a local delivery or if we are delivering the product ourselves then we will be happy to carry the product to the back garden for you.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge you with any costs reasonably incurred in the event that we or our courier are unable to successfully deliver an order due to inadequate address details provided by you or unreasonably restricted access at the delivery address that we have not been advised about.
