Weaving Ropes
Our Weaving Ropes can be used as part of one of our Agility Trails or as one of the sides of our Agility Cube. A great addition to the playground equipment offered to children as part of their outdoor play provision. The challenge for the children is to traverse from one end to another without touching the ground and to weave in and out between the ropes in doing so. All our agility items can be used as part of structured outdoor education or as a place for children to play during play time.
These Weaving Ropes are made from quality braided nylon rope which has a durable and extremely soft covering, meaning the product is easier and more comfortable to handle than many other ropes in the play industry. The top quality connectors and fittings are made to endure years of play.
The ropes are typically suspended between two upright 14cm diameter timbers that are wax impregnated and pressure treated set 2.85m apart.
We can advise on safety surfacing if required to minimise the risk of injury should a child fall.
