Octagonal Raised Sandpit
The Octagonal Raised Sandpit has a recessed support tower, enabling wheelchair users to access and enjoy playing with the sand. Add as part of a sensory outdoor play area or as a standalone feature near outdoor eating areas to keep children amused and occupied.
It is well constructed using pressure-treated wax-impregnated timber. Timber is a renewable resource, recyclable, biodegradable and sustainable.
The octagonal shape allows for equal access to the sand by all users.
The sandpit stand is be concreted into the ground for stability and is 1.2m in diameter and around 0.8m high.
Additional items such as a heavy-duty waterproof cover and white-washed sand can be supplied as required.
