Orbitrek

The Orbitrek is a popular piece of outdoor fitness equipment designed for adults. It delivers a smooth, full-body workout that builds stamina, strength, and coordination. The continuous motion works both the arms and legs, helping to improve endurance while keeping the exercise gentle on the joints.

To use, place your feet on the steps and grip the handles firmly with both hands. Begin moving your legs in a steady, pedalling motion while alternating your arm movements. Keep your back upright and maintain a comfortable rhythm throughout. The movement feels natural and easy to control, making it suitable for users of all abilities.

The Orbitrek focuses on developing the muscles of the legs, hips, lower back, and abdomen. At the same time, it improves cardiovascular endurance and supports overall coordination. Because the motion is low impact, it’s ideal for rehabilitation, recovery, and everyday fitness. Regular use can help increase flexibility, posture, and energy levels while strengthening the whole body.

Built from strong, powder-coated steel, the Orbitrek is made for outdoor use and long-lasting performance. It meets the BS EN 16630 standard for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment. This product is intended for adults and should be installed away from children’s play areas to prevent misuse.

The Orbitrek is a great addition to any outdoor gym. Combine it with the Bike 2 or Double Runner for a varied cardio workout. Pair it with the Twister to build balance and flexibility. Add the Back Straightener for strength and posture training.

Smooth, strong, and motivating — the Orbitrek helps adults stay active, improve stamina, and enjoy a complete outdoor fitness experience.
