Description

Our Wheelchair Accessible Picnic Table for schools is one of our high quality commercial picnic tables with special modifications to make it wheelchair friendly.

This round picnic table is robust and heavy and it allows for 6 people to sit comfortably on kidney-shaped benches with ample space for one wheelchair user to access the table.

The timber used is European slow-grown treated soft wood which is undercut to ensure it will not ‘bow’ in extreme weather conditions. Although the timber is supplied treated we recommend applying Danish or Teak oil once a year to maintain the wood.

Use as part of the outdoor learning experience for your school or nursery.

Let us know what your requirements are and we will make sure that the modifications that we make to the picnic table are most appropriate for the users that will be enjoying them. Our standard Wheelchair Accessible Picnic Table has space for one wheelchair. However, we can also provide the Wheelchair Accessible Picnic Table with space for two wheelchairs (CP-PBW2), if required.
