Multi Play Centre with Extension

The Multi Play Centre is lovely wooden tower with a roof, a five rung ladder, and a 3.0m fibreglass wavy slide. The tower also has a double swing extension on the side. This product is very similar to the Multi Play Centre, however the top pole on the swing extension extends out a further 0.5m to allow for one extra single swing point.

The timber used is Northern Scandinavian Pine and the machine rounded timbers are slow grown Norway Spruce.

All our timbers are pressure treated with non-arsenic based preservative salts, then impregnated with wax.

Swing seats are not included. Choose from our large selection of Swing Seats to ensure you have the correct seat for those who will be using it.

Information on choosing the best Caledonia Play swing seats for different types of swing points is available here.

The Multi Play Centre with Extension is large and heavy and therefore does not require to be anchored to the ground.

We can arrange to have the product installed for you or you may prefer to do it yourself using the instructions provided. We advise that, due to the size and weight of the timbers involved, a minimum of two strong adults are required to install the equipment safely.

We recommend that our play equipment is placed on grass, not a hard surface and that there is a clearance of approximately 1.5m around the structure and 2.0m behind swings. Play equipment in the garden does not require special safety surfacing if on grass.

To prevent ground erosion or to provide a more giving surface simply lay our Grass Safety Mats at strategic points under or around the equipment. The grass grows through the mats and can be cut as normal requiring minimum maintenance and keeping the natural look of the garden. The mats will also help keep kids a little safer. Children trip and fall all the time – it is part of learning and growing up – however it’s nice to know that some of the falls that might have led to a more serious injury might just end up being a bump or a bruise and the child can carry on playing.
