What do you charge for delivery?

We have calculated our delivery charges on order value.

After ordering, when can I expect delivery?

Please note: because our products are so big it is difficult to predict exactly when your order will be delivered.

The times when you can expect delivery can all vary depending upon our stock levels at the time. For standard products, delivery only, we will endeavour to despatch within 3 – 4 weeks, if you require our installation service please contact the office for approximate timing. Smaller products such as swing seats, ground anchors and similar small accessories will take less time to deliver.

 

Can you specify the delivery day?

Most of our deliveries are sent by a nationwide courier company.

They operate a 3 day service, Monday to Friday.

Because we use a third party for most of our deliveries, and because our products are so big, it is difficult to predict exactly when your order will be delivered and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

However, for an additional charge, we may be able to organise an overnight/next day delivery or a specific day delivery.

Please note that due to government restrictions being lifted relatively recently we are still dealing with a large back log of orders and therefore it may take up to 3 or 4 weeks for online orders and 4 or 5 weeks for larger units to be delivered.

Where are you based and what area do you cover?

We’re based near Kinross in Central Scotland, and cover the majority of the UK – we have delivered and installed our equipment as far north as Thurso and as far south as Devon.

Can I collect the items?

If you live locally to Caledonia Play (KY13 9XB), you can collect equipment from us.

Please call beforehand to ensure we have everything you need in stock and so that we can make sure there is somebody to meet you.

Where do you deliver to?

Caledonia Play deliver to mainland UK addresses.

Due to new extra customs requirements we are unable to deliver domestic orders to NI.

For other destinations outwith the mainland, please call the office so that we can let you know if we can deliver and if so, quote you a delivery price.

We have experience of delivering to the Scottish Islands.

We do not ship overseas.

Will the delivery person carry the product to the back garden for me?

The courier companies we use only specify kerbside delivery.

If it is a local delivery and we are delivering the product ourselves then we will be happy to carry the product to the back garden for you.

Will the product be unpacked for me?

The courier will deliver the product to the front of your property but will not unpack it.

What happens if I’m not in when the product is delivered?

The couriers will leave it somewhere safe – you can specify this at the ordering stage.

We pop a postcard though the letterbox to let you know what time we delivered, and where we have left the product for you.
