Important deadlines for ordering in time for Christmas

Our play equipment is large and often takes a few days to move around the country – we also have a lot of installs to do at this time of year so please read the Christmas ordering information below to make sure that you don’t miss out!

However if you have missed the dates below please call us on 01577 840570. We will always try to accommodate you and endeavour to deliver in time for Christmas where possible.

Last dates for guaranteed Christmas orders

Monday 27 November             Delivery & Build orders to build before Christmas

Monday 27 November             Large items, Forts, Playhouses etc delivery only

Monday 11 December              Mail order Swing frames, Climbing Frames, Slides, Goal Posts

Wednesday 13 December        Small Items, Sandpits, Swing Seats, Accessories

Last dates for standard despatch by Tufnells, XDP and ParcelForce

For guaranteed delivery before Christmas: Despatch Monday 18 December despatch for delivery latest Friday 22 December.

For delivery during Christmas / New Year period but we cannot guarantee when: Despatch Thursday 21 December.

However no orders will be despatched between 22 December and 4 January.

Installations & Assembly

Last installs will be Thursday 21 December.

Ideally orders should be placed by mid-November to ensure builds between Monday 11 and Thursday 21 December. Dates are allocated on a first come basis.
