It’s one week until the nominations close for the Scottish Education Awards 2020.
The annual fun-filled event held at the prestigious Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow recognises those who dedicate their lives to children and young people and showcases the valuable work and innovation in Scottish classrooms.
The Scottish Education Awards were first launched in November 2001 by the Scottish Government and the Scottish Daily Record.
We are proud to sponsor the Learning for Sustainability award. This award recognises the achievements of early learning and child care settings and schools which have raised awareness of the issues which impact on the environment.
These establishments will have made connections to the world around us, teaching children and young people about the vital importance of the natural environment and learning for sustainability.
With the current heightened awareness about the impact of our behaviour on the health of the planet, this award has never been more relevant than today.
