New date for Scottish Education Awards ceremony announced

Reach Scotland Events have negotiated a new date with Education Scotland and the Double Tree Hilton Hotel in Glasgow for the Scottish Education Awards ceremony.

Originally planned for 27th May the new date is Wednesday 11th November 2020.

Over 500 people attend the event each year with the audience made up of finalists, sponsors, VIPs and ministers and celebrities. The children are very much catered for with all sorts of at table entertainment and lots of tasty things to eat.

About the awards

The Scottish Education Awards celebrate the hard work and success which takes place in Scottish education and recognises those who dedicate their lives to children and young people and showcases the valuable work and innovation in Scottish classrooms.

We will be there too!

Each year one of our directors, along with some of our team, attend the ceremony to award the prize to the winners of the Learning for Sustainability award. This award recognises the achievements of early learning and child care settings and schools which have raised awareness of the issues which impact on the environment.
