Will the delivery person carry the product to the back garden for me?
The courier companies we use only specify kerbside delivery. If it is a local delivery and we are delivering the product ourselves then we will be happy to carry the product to the back garden for you. Will the product be unpacked for me?
The courier will deliver the product to the front of your property but will not unpack it. For further information about your delivery please email the office on info@caledoniaplay.com. Alternatively call us on 01577 840570. To find out more general delivery information click here.
What happens if I’m not in when the product is delivered?
The couriers will leave it somewhere safe – you can specify this at the ordering stage.
